At Secret Garden Official, we want you to feel as beautiful as our floral designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Secret Garden garment tags are securely attached and the fabric is protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
